For those of you who have been reading FFP for a while, you know that I love smoothies. I drink one just about every day. It's my easy way to start the day with consuming lots of produce.
Lately, I've been bored with my traditional "Smoothie of Life" as it's been a staple of my breakfast routine for almost 3 years (give or take a few ingredients). Today I decided to be guided by my Black Hog Farm delivery and completely change things up.
There's some great produce coming in to season and it makes for a really refreshing morning smoothie. Give this recipe a try and see if it helps jump start your morning. As always, you can add or subtract ingredients to your taste.
Do you have a favorite smoothie recipe? I'd love for you to share it with me.
